ZrB2-SiC ceramics and Nb alloy were brazed at 1160°C for 60 min with CoFeNiCrCuTix high-entropy filler. The influence of Ti content on the interface structure mechanical properties ZrB2-SiC/Nb joint was systematically studied. It is found that rich-Ti Laves phase formed due to addition large atomic size fill into filler or brazing joint, its increases content. by alloys without can be divided a tooth-shaped Cr2B reaction layer central area composed eutectic mixed FCC rich-Nb lamellar phase. are mutual solid solution elements. increase in makes transform big bulk Ti-rich quadrilateral (Ti, Nb)B disappeared. residual stress generated during process tends cause defects such as holes microcracks brittle Therefore, Ti, normal temperature performance decreases from 216 MPa 52 MPa. However, high-temperature first decrease, then increase. mainly formation excellent properties. When CoFeNiCrCuTi1.5 filler, reached 92% room performance.
